Teal was born and raised in the Puget Sound area. She graduated from Olympic College with an AA in 1986, and from the University of Washington with a Baccalaureate of Arts in Business Administration in 1988. Moving south in part for the sunshine and large legal market, Teal earned her juris doctorate from the University of Houston Law Center in 1992. Following law school, Teal worked as an attorney for the Social Security Administration’s Office of Hearings and Appeals in Long Beach, California. Realizing that the Pacific Northwest is home, she moved back to Washington in 1997 and began working in Longview advocating for the injured and disabled. Teal’s practice is now exclusively focused on representing individuals before the Social Security Administration and federal courts in the Western District of Washington. She has argued thousands of cases before the Social Security Administration and over a hundred cases in US District Court.
Teal is a sustaining member of the National Organization for Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR) since 1997. She is a member of the Cowlitz Wahkiakum Bar Association, the Washington State Bar Association, and the US District Court for the Western District of Washington. Teal is married with two children, and in her free time plays chauffer to her children and their various activities. She enjoys cooking and baking, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Rob is a Washington native who was born and raised in Pacific County. He earned his undergraduate degree from Eastern Washington University in 1989 and his Juris Doctorate from Gonzaga in 1995. Most recently he graduated from the Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College in July of 2011. Rob has been working with Washington State Workers'' Compensation claims since June of 1989 where he began working in a law firm in Tacoma. During law school he performed the same work as well as representing indigent plaintiffs through Gonzaga’s legal clinic. Since law school he has represented countless people in Workers' Compensation claims in this state, as well as working in the area of Social Security Disability.
Rob’s current work includes handling seriously injured people in Washington who are trying to overcome hurdles in their Workers'' Compensation and/or Personal Injury claims. This includes almost continuous litigation in hearings before the Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals as well as trials in Superior Court. Rob has tried cases in 9 different counties in Washington and successfully argued leading and published decisions in the Washington Court of Appeals. See Pollard v. Weyerhaeuser Company, 123 Wash. App. 506 (2004) and before the Washington Supreme Court in Cowlitz Stud v. Clevenger, 157 Wn.2d 569 (2006).
Rob is a member of the Cowlitz Wahkiakum Bar Association, Washington State Association for Justice and the American Trial Lawyers Association. He has also served the Cowlitz-Wahkiakum Legal Aid as President, Vice President and Board member.
In his free time Rob enjoys spending time outdoors with his family and friends. If you don’t find him in the office, you will most likely find him fishing or hunting with his kids or coaching youth sports.

Jeff was born and raised in Southwest Washington. He attended University of Washington for his undergraduate degree and received his law degree from Lewis & Clark Law School. After law school he worked for the Clark County Prosecuting Attorney's Office before transitioning his practice to criminal defense, personal injury and worker's compensation. When away from the office Jeff spends time with his friends and family, including his wife and their three children.
